My English teacher in Italy said I can say this word in two "version": one ofTen, where i said the T between f and e right? Also i can say "oFFen" where the T became a three-fold F, it's correct both forms of the "Frequently" pronunciation?

Good lesson. But because it's a beginner lesson, Alex should have emphasized that the adverbs come before the verbs. Beginners usually confuse this unless told.
Aloha State my beloved friend… you have commented that adverbs always come before the verbs but according to my knowledge ,IT is not actually correct.I have shown an illustration Hera where an adverb takes the place aft the verb.The sentence looks like the following-"I can run fast"-here as you can easy point unfashionable that "fast" is the adverb but it has follow the principal verb "test".So you seat't say that everytime words which are really adverbs takes the positions before verb.

Both are correct. I pronounce it with the "F" pronunciation because of my Canadian accent.

"Usually" or "most of the time" put up mean to a lesser degree 90% and "often" can mean little than 50%. "Sometimes" literally means some of the time as in an unidentified period of the time – that can mean anything greater than 0% and less than 100% although it's usually (as in the large bulk of the time, non your definition)used when something is not too frequent and not likewise rare. It's the concepts that matter, not the percentages, just if you're going to include percentages wear't select them at whim!
